Covid-19 Reopening & Guidelines
We’re Baaaaaak…well, almost!
We have been monitoring the pandemic impacts in Richmond and following the state & local guidelines, and with Richmond now in Phase 3, we have decided that we will reopen on August 11th!
In order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, there are a few changes that we would like to share:
Appointment Availability: We will be limiting the number of daily appointments. There will now be a minimum of 40 minutes between each client to allow us time to disinfect the rooms properly. There is a possibility that you may not be able to see the Therapist that you prefer, as soon or as often as you would like or need. Please keep an open mind to seeing one of our other great Therapist, if available.
No Waiting Room: Clients will not be allowed to sit in the waiting area before their service. Your therapist will call you when we are ready for you to come up for your appointment. Somewhere between 5 – 10 mins before your appt time. **Please do not enter the building until we call you**
Mask Requirement: All clients will be required to wear a face mask throughout their entire visit. If you do not have one, your Therapist can meet you at the downstairs entrance with a mask. A disposable mask can be purchased for $1.00 or you can purchase a custom Mirus Rhinestone mask before your appointment at www.TheMirusExperience.com
Temperature Check: We will take everyone’s temperature upon entering the suite with an infrared thermometer. If your temperature is 100.4 or above, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Handwashing: Please sanitize or wash your hands as soon as you enter the upstairs doors. There will be a hand sanitizing station in the hallway. We also encourage you to wash your hands right after your massage session.
NEW Sanitizing Station: We have added a sanitizing station in each room, that will sanitize small items such as your car keys, jewelry and sanitize and charge your cell phone while you get your massage.
Service Changes: We will not be offering couples massages or couples private instruction, at least through the end of September.
Booking Appointments Online: The online Booking system is now available.
We also ask that everyone follow the CDC guidelines, and if you have experienced any of the following symptoms within 14 days of your appointment, that you reschedule your appointment: Fever or chills, cough, sore throat, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea
We know that these are a lot of changes but we hope that everyone understands that these are meant for everyone’s safety. We will not service any client that refuses to adhere to these changes.
